The coffee cherries contain several useful bio-molecules.

The first market segment we target is food ingredients, in which Pectcof aims to supply high quality (soluble) dietary fiber as an emulsifier and stabilizer for food products. With our innovative technology we can tailor coffee dietary fiber to meet the standards of different types of applications in the food industry. Furthermore, from the other bio-molecules generated in the Pectcof process, biochemicals and second generation bio-fuels can be produced; these products are currently in the research pipeline for further development.
